A Pub in a Pie!

Here at Outback we are proud and excited to announce our involvement in Heston Blumenthal’s latest headline project. The pub in a pie event is going to take place on the 20th of October and will involve exactly what it says on the tin. The award winning chef plans to build a pub made of pork pies. This idea is likely to feature in a new TV show that celebrates fading food rituals. Heston’s six part channel 4 series called ‘feeding the 5,000’. Outback have been selected to provide rigging for the event and continue to maintain involvement in unique projects such as this one.
